Heff and Hannah

Hannah and Heff had a gorgeous day at Old Oak Farm in Somerset with lawn games, pimp your own prosecco and hundreds of origami cranes. Heff is himself a photographer so the pressure was on! But on the plus side, they put aside plenty of time for portraits - hurrah! Bit in love with Hannah's Jenny Packham dress too...
